We are delighted that we have been awarded the School Games Gold Mark for the 2022/23 academic year.
The School Games mark is a government-led award scheme to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success.
As part of our application, we were asked to fulfil criteria in the areas of participation, competition, workforce and clubs, and we are pleased that the hard work of everyone at our school has been rewarded in such a way.
Instrumental to this success has been our Sports Coach Mr Dan Bavington, who has also been appointed to the role of Bellevue Place Education Trust Sports Champion. Having successfully developed sport at Braywick over the past 5 years, Mr Bavington will now also support the Berkshire BPET schools in delivering their vision for sport.
