Inspiring visit from MP Joshua Reynolds
We were thrilled to welcome Maidenhead MP Joshua Reynolds to our school on Wednesday 19 June. Mr Reynolds spent the morning engaging with pupils, sharing insights into the role of an MP, and speaking about his work in the local community and his vision for Maidenhead.
Their curiosity and confidence shone through with our pupils asked a range of thoughtful and insightful questions, covering politics, community leadership, and how young people can make a difference - future leaders in the making!
One particularly touching moment came from Holly Class, where a pupil had created a drawing for Mr Reynolds and given it to him during his visit. Just days later, on 24 June, the pupil received a personal letter in the post from the MP, thanking him for the artwork. A much appreciated, thoughtful gesture!
Huge thank you to Mr Reynolds for an inspiring, and engaging visit and for taking the time to speak to our pupils.
