The Teddy Bears’ Picnic, held last Saturday, was a huge success. The sun shone and our Squirrel class children took part in lots of free play activities including a squirrel treasure hunt and making teddy bears’ ears. Teacher-led activities also included singing teddy bear themed songs in the teepee, parachute games and story time, plus an innovation of the ‘Where’s My Teddy?’ story acted out by the staff.
It was lovely to see the mums, dads, brothers and sisters interacting and all the children starting school in September went home having made some new friends.
Braywick Bear enjoyed meeting his new teddy bear friends too!
