Background

Braywick Court School opened in 2014 as a one-form entry school serving the community of Bray within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.  Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET), as the owner and manager of Braywick Court School is the Admissions Authority.

In accordance with the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012, admission authorities must consult on their admission arrangements at least once every 7 years, even if there have been no changes during that period. A consultation on arrangements for the year 2023/24 must run for a period of six weeks and be completed by 31 January 2022.

As there has not been any changes to the Braywick Court Admissions Policy since creation in 2014, we are now undertaking this process and this is our formal notification letter.

Who is consulted

This consultation is for the attention of:

  • Parents/carers of children currently at the school
  • School staff and School Local Advisory Board (LAB)
  • Pre-school and primary school providers within a 1.5mile radius of Braywick Court School
  • The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

How to Respond

This consultation will run from 6 December 2021 to 20 January 2022.  You are invited to submit comments in writing about the, unchanged, draft Braywick Court School 2023-24 Admissions Policy, to Tracey Blandford at BPET. What Happens After 20th January 2022

Following the consultation period BPET, as the Admissions Authority, will take any responses into account before determining the final policy arrangements and will prepare a report to be posted on the BPET and Braywick Court School Website by 28 February 2022.
